Welcome to the Glenmore 24hr Trail Race
Entries for the 2012 Glenmore 24 Trail Race are now open.
The race in 2012 will start at midday on the 1st September.
There will be 80 places available in total, split between the 24 & 12 hour races.
Once we have reached these numbers, we will operate a waiting list.

Cost for 2012 remains unchanged and is £45 for Scottish Athletics Members and £47 for non-SAL members for both classes.
To simplify the entry system, we will collect £2 levies from non-SAL members on race day, so entry fee online will be £45.

We have made some more 24 hour race places available
We are also delighted to announce that Sweatshop, the UK's largest independent running store will be supporting this year's Glenmore 24.
We'll have some more info on their involvement soon.
If you are unable to run for any reason, let us know as soon as possible and we will defer your place to the 2013 race. If you let us know in advance of the race date that you are not going to run, you don't lose your money and someone else benefits from the race place. So please, please, give us as much notice of possible if you intend to drop out. You can change to the 12 hour class if your training isn't going well or you've been injured etc.
You'll also find that there's an option to buy a t-shirt on the shop link. This is NOT the 2012 race t which is included in your entry fee. This is a chance to buy the rather fetching (if we do say so ourselves) technical t's which were given to runners and marshals this year.
The format for 2012 will remain pretty much unchanged. We will be making some tweaks here and there behind the scenes, but the feedback we got was incredibly supportive and positive, so we won't mess with something you all enjoyed.
